Rick Gansler was hired by HBS Ventures to develop an e-commerce web site for our organization. In conjunction with our site, we requested the development of a payment system that needed "shopping mall" functionality. Rick was very dedicated to the project from day one. He performed a one-week research study to make sure that this project would not exceed our given budget. Being a small, non-profit organization, we appreciated his caution.

After his one-week study, Rick presented his findings and we decided to move forward with a single-store and informational site only. I worked with Rick on a daily basis and found him to be very accessible at all times. He was also easy to communicate with and very responsive to any changes/additional requests that were needed. Due to his hard work and determination, he was able to complete the project on time.

We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our web site. We have recommended his services to other departments and will not hesitate to contact him should we need his web/consulting services in the future.
