Subject: Thank you
Rick,
On behalf of Alliances, we wish to thank you for your participation in the Apple Notes R4 Architects Class. The 25 attendees, made up of system engineers, briefing managers, and technical consultants, were pleased with the information you imparted and will utilize it during interactions with customers.
As you know, Alliances coordinates several Technical Programs per year for our strategic partners, including Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, HP, Digital, CSC, EDS, and the Big Six. These classes not only expose these billable consultants to important technical and strategic information about Notes and other Lotus products, but provide an excellent opportunity for us to reveal our impressive product managers like yourself. Additionally, we gain our partners' further confidence by listening to their needs in impromptu discussions and responding to them in future product releases and education rollout. This unique personal contact is vital yet easily lost in the virtual world we inhabit. Your partaking in this venture also assists us in achieving our objective: to build a base of highly skilled global consultants in Lotus products to meet our customers' needs and increase Lotus's marketshare and revenue.
The following are comments from the partner attendees about your presentation, C APIs for Notes R4.
Very detailed, well informed presentation. Useful, relevant information.
Again, thank you very much. It was a pleasure working with you, and we look forward to including you in future Alliances Technical Programs.
Sincerely,
Laura Sapelly
